The History and Memory Association of National Resistance (ΣΙΜΕΑ) is organizing an event to honor National Resistance Day, celebrated annually on November 25, marking the 80th anniversary of Greece’s liberation from Nazi occupation. The guest speaker, Dr. Magda Fytilli, a postdoctoral researcher at Complutense University of Madrid, will discuss the second life of the National Resistance. The event will take place on November 20, at 7 PM, and is supported by the University of Thessaly.
