Descendants of Charles de Gaulle are showcasing the manuscript of his famous 18th June appeal, alongside various memorabilia, ahead of an auction on December 16 at Artcurial in Paris. The exhibition, open from December 7, features significant historical documents and personal items, highlighting de Gaulle’s impact during World War II. Notably, the original manuscript will not be sold but displayed. Proceeds from the auction will partially benefit the Anne de Gaulle Foundation.
