Three individuals have been charged in connection with an explosion at a house in Tergnier, Aisne, which occurred on the night of December 28-29. The couple who owned the house confessed to initiating the arson project, while another man was gravely injured in the incident but is no longer in critical condition. Prosecutor Guillaume Donnadieu stated that all three suspects acted at the couple’s request, and charges include complicity in dangerous destruction and attempted fraud against the insurer.
