An early-morning explosion has devastated a three-storey block of flats in The Hague, leading to the collapse of several homes. Firefighters and rescuers responded quickly, with efforts ongoing to locate up to 20 individuals believed to have been inside at the time of the blast. So far, four people have been rescued from the rubble. The cause of the explosion remains unclear, although Dutch authorities are investigating a vehicle that fled the scene shortly after the incident.
