The exhibition titled ‘FREEDOM with Faith, Struggles, and Sacrifices’ dedicated to Saint Demetrius and significant historical events will remain open until January 31, 2025, at the Ministry of Macedonia and Thrace in Thessaloniki. The extension has been prompted by high visitor interest, with over 2,500 attendees and 30 schools from Northern Greece visiting so far. The exhibition features three thematic sections focusing on Saint Demetrius, the Macedonian Struggle, and Greece’s involvement in World War II, showcasing rare artifacts and photographs.
