Juma Palani, the father of convicted serial killer Yousef Palani, is contesting the Irish State’s decision to revoke his jobseeker’s and disability allowances. He argues there is no evidence linking him to any criminal activity, following his son’s life sentence for the murders of Michael Snee and Aidan Moffitt. Juma requests the court to quash previous decisions made by the Criminal Assets Bureau and asserts a violation of his procedural rights. The High Court hearing is scheduled for next week.
