FBI Foils Bombing Plot Against New York Stock Exchange
Harun Abdul-Malik Yener, a 30-year-old man from Coral Springs, Florida, was arrested by the FBI for allegedly planning a bombing at the New York Stock Exchange. Investigations into Yener began in February, revealing plans for bomb construction and various timing devices. Yener expressed intent to carry out the attack the week before Thanksgiving, targeting the Lower Manhattan exchange. He has appeared in court and remains in custody pending trial.
