Ferrari to Supply Engines to New Cadillac F1 Team for 2026 Season

Ferrari is set to provide engines and gearboxes to the new Cadillac Formula 1 team, pending approval for their entry in the 2026 season. Cadillac, part of General Motors, will rely on Ferrari’s customer engines until it develops its own, projected for 2028. Ferrari’s team principal, Frederic Vasseur, expressed excitement about collaborating with another American team as Formula 1 gains popularity in the U.S. Despite losing Sauber, Ferrari will maintain two customer teams with Cadillac and Haas.
