Taxi drivers in Greece face fines if they do not display a mandatory sticker indicating that they accept payments via POS systems. Inspection efforts by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue have increased compliance throughout the country. Starting November 18, drivers without the sticker will incur a €1,000 fine, as authorities aim for full adherence to the new regulation.
