Finland is hosting its first large-scale artillery exercise organized by NATO following its accession to the military alliance last year. Taking place in northern Lapland, the ‘Dynamic Front 25’ exercise involves real ammunition and marks a significant training event for NATO allies, including troops from Finland, the USA, Sweden, the UK, and France. This exercise occurs close to Finland’s 1,300-kilometer border with Russia and aims to enhance interoperability among allies and prepare for challenging Arctic conditions.
