The MOMus Museum of Modern Art in Thessaloniki will host the first international retrospective of Anna Andreeva, a key designer at the Red Rose Silk Factory in Moscow, from December 7 to April 27. The exhibition titled ‘Collective Threads’ showcases Andreeva’s revolutionary contributions to Russian design through her geometric patterns and inspirations drawn from early digital technology and historic events. MOMus director Maria Tsatsanoglou highlights the growing global interest in weaving art, particularly the work of female artists.
