In celebration of Christmas and New Year, the Northern Aegean Region will distribute food products from its Social Grocery to eligible residents from December 16 to December 18, 2024, especially in Chios. Approximately 300 beneficiaries will receive assistance aimed at alleviating their needs during challenging times. Food will also be delivered on-site to remote communities in coordination with local authorities. The ongoing European Aid Fund for the Needy program is also being managed by the region, with updates to follow after the selection process for its contractor.
