Former British Soldier Pleads Not Guilty to Bloody Sunday Murders
A former British soldier, referred to as Soldier F, has pleaded not guilty to the murders of James Wray and William McKinney during the Bloody Sunday incident in 1972. The case against him had faced various legal challenges before proceeding to trial. Soldier F, whose identity remains protected under an interim court order, is also charged with multiple counts of attempted murder stemming from the same event where thirteen were killed and numerous others injured in Londonderry.
