Jason Hoganson, a former actor known for his role in the 1987 film ‘Empire State’, has been apprehended after allegedly breaching his bail conditions. Released from Durham Prison on September 10, Hoganson was arrested the following day in Newcastle’s West End on charges including breaching a restraining order and assault. After pleading not guilty at North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court on September 12, he was granted conditional bail, which he reportedly violated before being located by authorities.
