On November 6, former Prime Minister Gabriel Attal announced the launch of ‘Faire face’, a foundation aimed at combating school harassment in France. Attal emphasized the need to unite and enhance the efforts of associations fighting this societal issue, which affects an average of two students per classroom. Co-led with Béatrice Le Blay—whose son took his life in September 2023—and Elian Potier, a former victim, the foundation will provide training, support victims and families, and organize interventions in schools. A confidential hotline, 3018, is also available for reporting harassment cases.
