The founding meeting of the Democracy Movement took place in Komotini on Saturday, focusing on the citizens’ demand for change to restore normalcy in Greece. Member Eleni Kalitsi emphasized the desire to create an inclusive movement for citizens, while Kosmas Papachristou highlighted the movement’s patriotic nature aiming to engage the 60% of the population disillusioned by existing political parties.
