Fraport AG and its partners have been designated as the preferred investor for the 40-year concession of Kalamata International Airport, aiming to enhance its operations and accessibility. The investment plan includes an initial payment of €45 million and expected total revenues of €71.2 million over the concession period. The consortium, which includes the Konstantakopoulos Group, will also invest €28.3 million in capital expenditures within the first three years to modernize the airport and boost tourism in the region.
