On November 14, 2024, from 9 AM to 12 PM, the Thessaloniki branch of the Hellenic Red Cross will host a free diabetes awareness event at Agia Sofia pedestrian area. In recognition of World Diabetes Day, specialized staff will provide information on diabetes, conduct sugar level tests, and address public inquiries. The initiative aims to raise awareness and promote prevention strategies against diabetes, a condition affecting a significant portion of the population. Everyone is encouraged to participate and take advantage of the free services offered.
