On November 23, 2024, the Municipal Equality Committee of Chalandri will host a free self-defense seminar for women in recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, observed on November 25. Led by Andas Tsarea’s female self-defense team, the seminar will cover verbal and physical self-defense techniques. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring specific items like a pillow and magazines for a creative activity.
