French Father to Face Judge After Baby Abduction Case
A French father, who abducted his premature baby Santiago from a maternity ward in Seine-Saint-Denis, is set to appear before a judge on December 6. The baby, just 17 days old at the time of the abduction, was taken by his parents before they fled to Belgium and the Netherlands. The father was arrested and detained in the Netherlands, while Santiago was found healthy and later returned to France. His mother has been charged but is currently free under judicial supervision.
