The Paris Court of Appeal has upheld a ruling against the French Football Federation (FFF) for failing to address sexual harassment claims made by a former employee. The court confirmed a compensation amount of 18,000 euros, which includes damages for moral prejudice. The case stems from accusations made by a 23-year-old woman against her supervisor, who allegedly attempted to kiss her on two occasions. The FFF had previously been ordered to pay 10,000 euros in an earlier ruling, highlighting the organization’s neglect of workplace safety obligations.
