Greek Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Nikolaos Papathanasis, announced the approval of funding for six investment plans from large enterprises and 676 plans from very small and small businesses under the Just Development Transition Program 2021-2027. The initiatives are expected to create 1,685 jobs, with an additional 2,300 anticipated from other projects for small and medium-sized enterprises. Papathanasis emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing entrepreneurship and job creation, particularly for youth in the Western Macedonia region.
