The Peloponnese Region has issued a call for proposals to fund flood prevention projects, with a total budget of 22 million euros. This initiative is part of the Operational Program ‘Peloponnese’ aimed at enhancing the resilience of vulnerable areas. The projects include river delineation, river management, embankment construction, and improvements to drainage systems, all compliant with regional climate adaptation plans and flood risk management strategies. Municipalities are invited to submit technically sound proposals from December 30 to April 28, 2025.
