Garda Speeding Operation Nets 28 Offenders in Just 2 Hours

In a focused effort to combat speeding, Gardaí have detected 28 motorists exceeding speed limits during the first two hours of their operation today. Conducted from 7am to 7am tomorrow, this initiative aims to highlight the dangers of speeding and promote compliance with traffic regulations. During the initial checks, which covered over 15,000 vehicles, notable offenders included a driver clocked at 113 km/h in an 80 km/h zone in Donegal, and another at 124 km/h in a 100 km/h zone in Kerry.
