George Chatzimarkos has been elected as the new President of the Union of Regions of Greece (ENPE) following the resignation of Apostolos Tzitzikostas. He emphasized the role of regions in sustainable development and improving citizens’ quality of life. Stavros Arnautakis was elected as the First Vice President. The session highlighted the importance of collaboration and decentralization in regional governance.
