German Man Convicted for Environmental Offenses in Thessaloniki
A 48-year-old German man was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for three years, after being reported by neighbors for living in his car, which was filled with trash, and for urinating in public. Residents of Pylea, Thessaloniki, had repeatedly complained about his conduct, including public indecency. The man claimed he was in Greece to purchase property and denied the accusations against him. The court also ruled for the confiscation of his vehicle, as he was not the owner.
