German Development Minister Svenja Schulze has visited Ukraine to offer additional winter aid as the country faces energy shortages due to Russian attacks. The support package, raised to 90 million euros, includes mobile heating and power units, aimed at helping Ukrainians survive the cold months. Schulze emphasized the importance of remaining a reliable partner to Ukraine, as attacks on energy infrastructure have left many citizens without power for several hours daily. Ukrainian Economic Minister Julia Swyrydenko expressed gratitude for Germany’s continued support amid political changes.
