Government Review of Storm Éowyn Response Set for Release

The Irish Government will receive a report on its response to Storm Éowyn in the coming months, as discussed in a meeting of the Taskforce on Emergency Planning. Tánaiste Simon Harris noted the report aims to improve future storm preparedness and support for affected communities. Storm Éowyn, which hit in January, caused severe damage, leaving 768,000 homes and businesses without power and resulting in approximately €200 million in losses.
