The Southeast Aegean Port Association announced that a new class of Coast Guard officers will graduate soon, with many assigned to the Cyclades region, particularly to the islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Milos, Tinos, and Naxos. This decision follows meetings with local officials and aims to strengthen local Coast Guard services, as advocated since the association’s inception.
