Greece’s General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance is set to upgrade its Private Cloud Database infrastructure in three phases to enhance service performance and security for citizens. The first phase has been completed, with the next two scheduled for November 16 and November 23, 2024, during which numerous public services, including tax administration and user authentication via TaxisNet, will be temporarily unavailable. Efforts will be made to expedite completion of the upgrades to minimize service disruptions.
