Greece Implements Unified Natural Gas Distribution Tariff for Households

As of December 1, consumers in Greece will experience a unified natural gas distribution tariff, announced by the management of enaon, a subsidiary of Italgas. While this leads to price reductions in some areas, such as a €10 decrease in Attica, it sees increases in others, including a €35 rise in Thessaloniki. The changes affect the distribution tariff only, as industrial consumers will see a gradual adjustment. The company also revealed a €1 billion investment plan for expanding networks and digital innovations, aiming to increase its consumer base from 615,000 to 920,000 by 2030.
