On Monday, December 2, Greece will announce the launch of an employment subsidy program targeting 10,000 registered unemployed individuals receiving the Minimum Guaranteed Income. The program, backed by the Recovery Fund and implemented by the Public Employment Service, will offer a monthly subsidy of €1,180 for 12 months to businesses hiring eligible candidates. There is no age limit for applicants, according to Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, Sofia Zacharaki.
