Over 700,000 minimum wage workers in Greece will see their salaries gradually increase, beginning in April 2025. Current gross minimum wage stands at €830, which will rise to €870, and the net minimum wage will increase from €706 to €733. This adjustment is a result of negotiations among social partners aimed at restoring past income levels. Additionally, the method for calculating the minimum wage will be automated based on consumer price indices starting in 2028.
