The new system, featuring next-generation technology, will enhance services such as precise geolocation and video calling, aiming to improve citizen safety and communication in emergencies. The initiative is part of the AIGIS program, ensuring better coordination among emergency response agencies. Upcoming features include a ‘silent button’ for discreet alerts and improved accessibility for people with disabilities.
