Greece’s €103 Million Training Program Aims to Boost High-Demand Skills

Greece has launched a significant training initiative under the Recovery and Resilience Fund, with a budget of €103.7 million aimed at enhancing workforce skills in high-demand sectors. The Public Employment Service (DYPA) will identify targeted training topics based on labor market studies and industry collaboration. Approximately 38,500 individuals are expected to benefit, receiving up to 250 hours of training through in-person and online formats, which will include both theoretical education and practical experience. The initiative is part of a broader effort to modernize vocational training and enhance digital capabilities in education.
