A joint study by the GSEE and the Secretariat for Equality highlights the alarming prevalence of sexual harassment and violence in Greek workplaces. Key findings show that 31.4% of employees have experienced harassment, with 75.3% of victims being women. Despite the severity of the issue, only 1.6% of victims reported incidents to authorities. The report also emphasizes the need for better support systems for victims and stronger regulations addressing harassment in labor contracts.
