Greece’s First Official Study on Workplace Sexual Harassment and Violence Reveals Disturbing Trends

A joint study by the GSEE and the Secretariat for Equality highlights the alarming prevalence of sexual harassment and violence in Greek workplaces. Key findings show that 31.4% of employees have experienced harassment, with 75.3% of victims being women. Despite the severity of the issue, only 1.6% of victims reported incidents to authorities.
