The Greek Ministry of Tourism has introduced a new bill aimed at addressing longstanding issues while laying the groundwork for sustainable and qualitative growth in the tourism sector. Minister Olga Kefalogianni highlighted the bill’s provisions for short-term rental regulations that incorporate health and safety standards for the first time. The legislation also includes guidelines for staff housing and enables the Ministry to conduct inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
