Greek Education Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis Visits Sparta to Address School Issues
Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Greek Minister of Education, met with Sparta’s Mayor Michalis Vakalopoulos during his visit for the 107th Conference of Greek University Rectors. The Minister toured local schools, including the 2nd Primary School of Sparta, and discussed improving the town’s musical school facilities. He announced funding for renovations aimed at enhancing school infrastructure nationwide. The visit also included a tour of the Olive and Greek Oil Museum, attended by local MPs and the regional education director.
