The all-girls team, ‘MakerLab GirlFire,’ will represent Greece at the Robotex International competition in Tallinn, Estonia, on December 6-7. Their innovative robot is designed to detect and extinguish fires on a track, reflecting the team’s commitment to advancing robotics and technology. Since September, the students have been training diligently, following their previous participation in the global robotics competition. One member even travels weekly from Syros to Athens for training. This competition marks another significant step in their journey to excel in the field of robotics.
