The Greek administration of e-ΕΦΚΑ has announced that disability retirement applications, rejected between January 1, 2024, and November 15, 2024, due to continued employment, can be reapplied for within six months of the new law’s publication, by May 14, 2025. Benefits from these claims will be retroactive to the date of the initial rejection, according to circular 37/2024. Eligible insured individuals must submit their applications electronically via the e-ΕΦΚΑ website.
