In an effort to prevent irreversible outcomes and until the Council of State publishes its decision, Greece’s Ministry of Environment and Energy has proposed an urgent transitional measure to suspend the issuance of building permits that utilize building incentives under the National Spatial Planning Regulation (NOK). This suspension aims to ensure equality in processing requests and will last until a new decision is established.
