Greek Ministry of Finance to Issue New Guidelines on Property Management in Ioannina
The Greek Ministry of Finance will release a new interpretative circular for managing properties along the old shoreline and demarcating the borders of Lake Ioannina. General Secretary of Public Property, Athanasios Tsioyras, assured residents that property cases with legitimate documents will be resolved without bureaucracy. Ioannina MP Maria Kefala emphasized the government’s commitment to address the issue, announcing an upcoming meeting in Athens for the redefinition of the lake’s boundaries and funding for the process.
