Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is set to visit Beirut on December 6, marking the first visit by a leader from a third country and EU member since a ceasefire agreement. The visit emphasizes Greece’s commitment to supporting Lebanon’s state structures and military. During discussions with Lebanese officials, including Prime Minister Najib Mikati, he will address various collaboration opportunities, while also focusing on the Greek community in Lebanon. Additionally, Mitsotakis will participate in a parliamentary discussion regarding a new minimum wage determination system.
