The Greek Supreme Court Prosecutor Georgia Ateilini has ordered an urgent investigation into the failure to deliver complete video footage related to the commercial train involved in the deadly accident in Tempi two years ago. The investigation aims to determine whether any prosecutable offenses occurred regarding video recordings from the relevant train station. This follows a request from the examining magistrate for all footage relevant to the train’s journey, amidst concerns that crucial material regarding the loading of the train was not included in the recent video submissions.
