Greek insurance companies have a 15-day window to submit data to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) for calculating a 20% discount on the ENFIA property tax for 2025. The submission must include details such as VAT number, policy numbers, and covered risks. Properties insured against earthquakes, fires, and floods valued up to €500,000 will benefit from the discount, with a 10% discount for properties valued above that. A new AADE platform will facilitate matching properties with insurance policies.
