The General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE) has informed private sector employees that the Christmas bonus must be paid by December 21, 2024. If the bonus is not paid on time, workers or unions can report this to the Labor Inspection Office for legal action against employers. Inspections will be conducted, and workers can also file anonymous complaints. This initiative aims to ensure compliance and protect workers’ rights regarding timely bonus payments.
