Hamburg’s Elbtower Project Advances with New Investor Agreement

The Elbtower project in Hamburg’s HafenCity is set to continue after a new agreement was signed with investor Dieter Becken. The building, planned at 245 meters with 64 floors, would become Germany’s third-highest structure. The city plans to host a natural history museum in the lower levels, pending economic viability. The agreement marks the end of a prolonged uncertainty following the previous buyer’s insolvency.
