A meticulously planned armed robbery took place at the Hieron Museum in Bourgogne, France, resulting in the theft of the priceless piece of artwork ‘Via Vitae,’ valued between 5 to 7 million euros. The thieves, armed and wearing masks, broke into the museum during open hours, swiftly removing numerous ivory statues and precious decorations before escaping on motorcycles. An investigation has been launched into the organized crime behind the theft, marking another significant incident at the museum, which has experienced previous heists.
