Hellenic Train Enhances Railway Safety and Services Through Comprehensive Initiatives
To improve railway safety and services, Hellenic Train has launched a series of actions focusing on training, technological upgrades, and collaboration with relevant authorities. Initiatives include staff education on railway safety, participation in European Railway Agency training, and the enhancement of technological systems like the European Train Control System (ETCS). CEO Roberto Rinaudo emphasized that safety is a daily responsibility, with investments directed towards specialized training, modern systems, and new operational methods to prioritize passenger and staff protection.
