During cleaning operations in Lake Pamvotis, divers discovered an active defensive grenade along with a range of intriguing artifacts, including old weapons, military helmets, and bicycles. The grenade was found near the site of ‘Kyra Frosyni’ and was carefully retrieved. Local police have secured the area until specialized explosives experts arrive. Some of the findings are showcased in a special exhibition at Mavili Square, running until December 11.
